All rates based on 4 person occupancy and require a 4 night minimum stay for regular and holiday seasons & a 3 night minimum stay for the low season.

Additional charge per person per day

Rental with 5 or fewer persons is for the main house only; 6-9 is for the main house and one bungalow; >9 is for all three houses. Access to the additional bungalows - beyond what's included in your rental - is $25/day/bungalow. We do not rent to multiple parties at the same time to allow for full access for renters to the gardens and docks. 

Regular season:  November - April & July-August excluding holidays

Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years & Easter weeks

Low season: May - June & September - October

Wifi is included in rentals of 4 days or longer. 

Note: A portion of these fees will be donated to Amigos de Santa Cruz
